    Zumba warm up

    Zumba warm-up | 10am 😅

    Join the runners for a warm-up with Edi before they tackle the Crackpots Trail Run at 10.30.

    Forest School

    Forest school | 10-2pm 🌲

    Mud kitchen area for amazing mud pie creations, mud cafe area with seating and chalkboard, muddy scales & mud painting with hammering/craft area. Plus campfire for toasting marshmallows at 1pm.

    Crackpots Trail Run

    Crackpots Trail Run | 10.30am 🏅

    The award-winning trail run for runners of all abilities with a mixed terrain route starting at Highside Playing Fields. Join the zumba warm-up at 10, cheer the runners off at 10.30, have a coffee and watch the first finishers back just after 11!

    Live music

    Drumming in the runners | from 11am 🥁

    Talented local drummer Josh will be drumming the runners over the finish line with a set including Somebody to Love, Since You've Been Gone and In My Place.

    Band | 12 noon & 2pm 🎸

    Dave Norris and band will be playing 2 sets of Indie Classics including Song 2, I Predict a Riot and Chelsea Dagger.

    It’s all about singing, fun, community, friendship and life-changing experiences!

    It's a Knockout | 1.30pm 🤣

    Family fun and games in the spirit of It's a Knockout with wheelbarrow obstacle and water sponge course, tug of war and egg throwing.

    Dog show

    Dog show final | 3.30pm 🐶

    The dog show will be running throughout the day in the corner near the bowling club with the grand final taking place in the main arena. Timing is approximate as precise timing will depend on how many dogs take part.

    Dan, Ray & Friends | 4pm 🎸🎸

    The best of our incredible local talent, Dan & Ray will be entertaining the crowds with a mix of rock and blues.

    DJ Rory Hoy | 4.45pm 🎛️

    Multi award-winning local legend Rory will be bringing the music festival to a climax covering his usual eclectic mix of genres.

    Bring a picnic, grab a spot by the stage and listen to some music or grab a pizza, burger or try some caribbean fare - topped off with a Galone icecream and coffe.

  • FAQs

    Parking

    Free parking will be available at Ivy Bank campsite (HG4 3SS) - please follow the 'Parking' signs as you enter the village. Stallholders will be able to park on Highside Playing Fields but must arrive before 10am as access will be closed from 10am for the run. There is also a footpath from the parking area to the festival that avoids walking on roads.

     

    If Ivy Bank parking is full, you will be redirected to the overflow parking on the opposite side of the road.

    Camping

    For people wanting the full Saturday/Sunday festival experience, camping is available at Ivy Bank campsite.
